Important Transportation Change Reminders

• Transportation changes need to be received before 1:00 pm. 
• Transportation changes can be sent to woodlandtransportationchange@fultonschools.org AND teacher's email or by handwritten note to the teacher. 
• Dojo and text messages will not be accepted. 
• The email/note must include:
  • Student & teacher's name
  • Bus/carpool number/daycare name
  • Days for change
  • If it is a permanent change
• Due to safety concerns, no student checkout will take place after 1:45 pm.

To submit a transportation change through email: 

• Download the Woodland Change of Transportation Request
• Fill out the form completely by either printing a copy or using an app such as Adobe Fill & Sign
• If you printed a hardcopy and filled it out, you will need to scan it in order to send it through email
• Open the email WoodlandTransportationChange@fultonschools.org
• Copy your child's teacher on the email
• Upload the completed document
• Send
