Before Moving Forward: Verify Your Home School

Confirm your home school by using the Fulton County Schools Find Your Home School webpage

K - 5 Registration

1. Complete the online registration process https://www.fultonschools.org/enrollment 
2. Email Tara Uremovich, Assistant Principal. Be sure to include the application number.
3. Someone from the school will contact you regarding next steps within 48 hours.

All documents will be reviewed and verified before completing the registration process. 

Required Documentation

1. Certified Proof of Date of Birth (https://www.fultonschools.org/Page/660)
2. Original Social Security Card or Waiver Form (provided by school)
3. Current Immunization Record (GA Form 3231) Signed by Doctor
4. Certificate of Eye, Ear, Dental, Nutrition (GA Form 3300)
5. Government Issued Picture ID
6. Academic Record (if applicable)
7. Proof of Residency - Required to provide One Current Utility Proof AND One Residence Proof (see below)

Approved Residence Verification List

•  Current utility monthly statement (electric or water)

AND 1 of the following:

• Home mortgage bill
• Current Lease / Renters Agreement
• Section 8 / HUD housing contract
• Home sale contract
• Current HOA Bill / Statement
