2026 - 2027 April & May Registration & Re-Enrollment Information

Kindergarten and New Student Registration

April and May Registration for the 2026 – 2027 school year will be completed mainly via phone or email. Parents should use the online enrollment application process to register at their convenience and then use the WES Online Registration Submission Form link to notify the school. Enrollments will be available this way until May 29th.

K - 5 Registration

  1. Complete the FCS registration process using the FCS Enrollment Link.
  2. Submit application information using the WES Online Registration Submission Form Link to notify staff that you are ready to enroll your child. 
  3. Wait to be contacted about your application. Contact will happen within one week. 

All documents will be reviewed and verified before completing the registration process. 

Required Documentation

  1. Certified Proof of Date of Birth (https://www.fultonschools.org/Page/660)
  2. Original Social Security Card or Waiver Form (provided by school)
  3. Current Immunization Record (GA Form 3231) Signed by Doctor
  4. Certificate of Eye, Ear, Dental, Nutrition (GA Form 3300)
  5. Government Issued Picture ID
  6. Academic Record (if applicable)
  7. Proof of Residency - Required to provide One Current Utility Proof AND One Residence Proof (see below)

Approved Residence Verification List

  •  Current utility monthly statement (electric or water)

AND 1 of the following:

  • Home mortgage bill
  • Current Lease / Renters Agreement
  • Section 8 / HUD housing contract
  • Home sale contract
  • Current HOA Bill / Statement

2026 - 2027 June Registration Information

Kindergarten and New Student Registration

June Registration Days for the 2026 – 2027 school year are Tuesday through Friday from 8AM to 12PM by appointment only. Parents should use the online enrollment application process to register at their convenience and then sign up for their appointment. Appointments are available from June 1st to June 14th. 

K – 5 Registration

  1. Complete the FCS registration process using the FCS Enrollment Link.
  2. Sign up for a registration appointment using the WES Registration Appointment Link.
  3. Arrive at your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to appointment.

All documents will be reviewed and verified before completing the registration process.

Required Documentation

  1. Certified Proof of Date of Birth (https://www.fultonschools.org/Page/660)
  2. Original Social Security Card or Waiver Form (provided by school)
  3. Current Immunization Record (GA Form 3231) Signed by Doctor

2026 - 2027 July Registration Information

Kindergarten and New Student Registration

July Registration Days for the 2026 – 2027 school year are Monday through Wednesday from 8AM to 11AM and 12PM to 2PM as a walk-in. July registrations will start on July 8th. Parents should use the online enrollment application process to register at their convenience and come to Woodland to complete registration.

K – 5 Registration

  1. Complete the FCS registration process using the FCS Enrollment Link.
  2. Come to Woodland Elementary Monday through Wednesday from 7AM to 11AM and 12PM to 3PM to complete registration with all required documents. (Please know that wait times will vary)

All documents will be reviewed and verified before completing the registration process.
